Plant Based Chicken Seekh Kebab

How to Cook?

Partially thaw the frozen seekh kebabs for 15-20 minutes at room temperature. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in pan and grill kebabs for 4-5 minutes. Flip them occasionally to cook evenly until golden brown and juicy. OR Preheat oven to 200°C. Brush oil on the partially thawed seekh kebabs. Grill them for 3-4 minutes. Flip them intermittently until golden brown and juicy. Serve Hot!
